About This Program

Gain confidence and skills in handling conflict with bosses and co-workers, even if you don’t like people. Learn how to handle coworkers who want you to do their job, deal with a boss who micromanages, cope with the coworker who is “always late”, and more! Renew your energy and leave the workplace with a smile.

Albertans who are underemployed, unemployed, or at risk for unemployment are welcome. Presented in partnership with R. Work group.
