About This Program
Learn about the contributing factors of anger and work together to find solutions and preventative measures for a healthier, balanced life. Expect to learn how anger feels, common reactions, and ways to combat these intense feelings, even in stressful moments. This is a two-part program. Presented in partnership with the Elizabeth Fry Society.
