In this course, we will explore the importance of healthy independence and strategies to cultivate it. We will also discuss the types and causes of isolation and practical approaches to overcome them.
Volunteers from the Grande Prairie & District Branch, Alberta Genealogical Society will be available to help you with your genealogy questions.
Appointments are recommended but drop-ins welcome.
