Audience: ages 2.5 to 5 years

Maximum: 15 participants

This group is for parents and caregivers with infants up to 18 months.

Facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and hosted at the library.

This eight-week program explores how supportive relationships contribute to personal wellness and recovery. Participants learn the foundations of friendship, including understanding human behaviour, communication skills, boundaries, and trust.

Get crafty this Valentine’s Day! Using small round wood slices, participants will create a charming Valentine-themed decoration using découpage techniques.
