This group is for parents and caregivers with infants up to 18 months.

Facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and hosted at the library.

Participants will reflect on their own personal boundaries and identify areas where boundaries may be unclear or difficult to maintain. This session focuses on self-awareness and understanding how experiences can shape boundary patterns.

Volunteers from the Grande Prairie & District Branch, Alberta Genealogical Society will be available to help you with your genealogy questions.

Appointments are recommended but drop-ins welcome.
