About This Program
Spend a summer afternoon learning how to spot the signs, start the conversation, and steer young people toward the help they need. In this free, three-hour workshop led by the Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention, parents, teachers, coaches, employers, and other youth allies will gain practical skills to reduce stigma around mental health and suicide, offer first-step support, and connect teens to professional resources. Join GPPL in building a more caring, mentally healthy community—one helper at a time.
