The holidays can be a time of delight and adjustment, and there may even be times when we think we have a “turkey” outside the oven. What can we do to get grounded and to feel more at peace if we notice we are getting flustered or annoyed or have different ideas for the holidays? Pausing, slowing down (even for a few minutes), and connecting with what is important to us can help “reset” us and find clarity on a way to move forward.
