This session will cover:

  • Anti-virus software and why you need it
  • Identifying phishing schemes
  • Identifying harmful links & attachments
  • Passwords & 2-factor authentication

Computers will be provided.

All Computer Basic classes are designed to be stand alone so you can sign up based on the skills you need to learn (or brush up on)! This series covers the building blocks for each topic, and is designed with people who have just started learning technology (or who are familiar but want to be more comfortable) in mind.
