About This Program
What's for supper?! It's a new year! We are returning to routines and the regular pace of life with activities. It can be a constant struggle to figure out what to plan for meals, ways to make grocery shopping easier and find ways to save time. Together, we'll talk about how to make meals happen every night of the week!
In this workshop we'll go over:
-How to incorporate weekly meal planning for success
-Helpful and easy tools to use to make your meal plan work for you
-How to take more shortcuts and reduce time meal prepping
-Sourcing a repertoire of go-to recipes
-Feeding mixed crowds
Your take-away will include a PDF goodie bag with recipes and resources. We'll also have time for some Q + A. Please register online to save your spot.
