About This Program
This workshop explores the role that traumatic experiences can play in everyday life. The focus of this information is to raise awareness surrounding the impacts of trauma and building skills that help the community adopt a trauma-informed approach in the relationships and roles they have.
This workshop is aimed towards all members of the community including parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals. It is part two of a two part series called Sciences of Hope and Trauma-Informed Care. Presented in partnership with the Suicide Prevention Resource Center.
