The Grande Prairie Public Library offers an exam proctoring service for written and online exams. The guidelines for the Library's service are as follows:

FASD Education and Support groups happens twice a month, to build a supportive community for adults touched by FASD. Whether you are an individual living with an FASD or know someone who has an FASD.
Enjoy songs, stories and musical instruments with your little ones in this engaging program. Siblings are welcome.
Audience: ages 2.5 to 5 years
Maximum: 15 participants
Volunteers from the Grande Prairie & District Branch, Alberta Genealogical Society will be available to help you with your genealogy questions.
Appointments are recommended but drop-ins welcome.
