This group is for parents and caregivers with infants up to 18 months.

Facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and hosted at the library.

This eight-week program explores how supportive relationships contribute to personal wellness and recovery. Participants learn the foundations of friendship, including understanding human behaviour, communication skills, boundaries, and trust.
