About This Program

Confront the Discomfort is a three-part course that explores how stress, anxiety, and avoidance can influence our daily lives. Participants learn practical ways to better understand their reactions, build self-awareness, and develop tools that help them approach difficult emotions and situations with greater confidence and resilience.
