Session 1: Understanding Self-Disclosure

Participants will explore the benefits and risks of self-disclosure, learn about the levels of self-disclosure, and discuss the importance of trust and how it is built.

Session 2: Boundaries and Online Self-Disclosure

This session introduces the continuum of self-disclosure and boundaries, teaching ways to set boundaries and navigate conflict when boundaries differ. We will also explore self-disclosure in online and digital communication.
