About This Program
This eight-week program explores how supportive relationships contribute to personal wellness and recovery. Participants learn the foundations of friendship, including understanding human behaviour, communication skills, boundaries, and trust. The series encourages self-reflection, meaningful connection, and building confidence in social situations. Each session offers practical tools that promote healthy interactions and stronger relationships. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of how to nurture authentic friendships that support long-term wellbeing.
