They will explore the essence of personal boundaries and their connection to self-worth, delve into the intricacies of boundary-setting, evaluate their current boundaries, and discover the balance between flexibility and strength. Through practical exercises and insights, they will empower themselves to honour their values, cultivate self-compassion, and master the art of assertive yet compassionate boundary-setting for a more fulfilling life.
