About This Program

Stretch your body, not your budget by taking advantage of GPPL’s six week yoga class! Awaken your mind and body for spring and enjoy a more zen outlook on life. Come and “namaste” at the Library! No experience necessary, beginners welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat. Spots are limited, register online or call 780-357-7455. Ages 16+.
