About This Program

Local author Karen Powell will speak about her experiences publishing and selling her 2021 book Every Story Starts with Small Steps: an Avondale Elementary COVID19 Journal. Her book has been available at Coles and through major online book sellers including Chapters/Indigo, and Barnes and Noble among others; it’s been published by Winnipeg-based Christian publisher Word Alive Press.
