Growing your Self Awareness, Session 2
In the second session of Confront the Discomfort, we'll build on the insights from the first session to deepen our understanding of the stress response. We’ll focus on developing self-awareness by exploring fear, the difference between reacting and responding to hurt, and the practice of self-reflection. Participants will also continue learning grounding and relaxation techniques.
