Next Steps, Session 3
In the final week of Confront the Discomfort, we’ll focus on how to support ourselves moving forward. We'll explore various coping strategies for stress and anxiety, along with self-care practices to support our well-being. We'll also address the barriers that prevent us from applying these practices and how to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. The course concludes with a practice centered on gratitude and its positive impact on our lives.
