About This Program
Join us on the 4th Tuesday of the month for a presentation by Odyssey House in a safe, inclusive environment. The presentation will vary each month.
April's presentation is safe relationships.
"This FREE one (1) hour session explores what makes relationships healthy and what warning signs to look out for when they are not. Participants will learn about communication, boundaries, and consent while examining how conflict, power, and control can influence connections with others. The session encourages reflection and discussion to help participants understand how to promote equality, respect, and emotional safety in all types of relationships. Through real examples, reflection, and group discussion, this presentation empowers participants to build stronger, more respectful, and balanced relationships that support personal well-being and mutual growth. It will equip participants with practical tools and insights that can be applied to romantic, family, friendship, and workplace relationships to create healthier and more supportive interactions in everyday life."
