About This Program

Session 1 of 3 - Introduction to Boundaries

In the first session, participants are introduced

to the concept of personal boundaries.

We discuss what they are, the various types and what they

do for us. We consider the concept that personal boundaries

stem from a sense of self-love and understanding one’s

value. We will explore ways to acknowledge our worthiness

and our rights as humans in order to set the foundation for

learning how boundaries work. This will provide motivation

to have them in our lives.
