About This Program
Growing Your Self-Awareness
In the second session of Confront the Discomfort we
build on the learnings of the first session to gain a deeper
understanding of the stress response. We aim to set a
foundation for growing our self-awareness by examining
fear, the difference between reacting and responding
to hurt and the skill of self-reflection. We will continue
to learn skills for grounding and relaxing.
