About This Program
In the final week of Confront the Discomfort, we will focus
on the ways we can support ourselves moving forward.
We break down various ways of coping with our stress/
anxiety and the self-care practices that can support us.
We consider the barriers we face when it comes to actually
doing these practices and how we can work toward closing
the gap between knowing and doing. Our last practice
of the course focuses on gratitude and how developing
a grateful attitude can impact us positively.
